Have been going here x3 dogs (Sunny, Mac, Murray 🐾 ) which is over 20 years now. Dr. Coates is no longer there and he was my fav. vet. It is difficult to get any appointments outside of my work hours as they seem to favor emergency slots ($$$) vs primary services. The receptionists aren’t always great and the prices seem to have gone through the roof recently.

Here's a more appropriate name for this clinic--- Heartless Care Veterinary Clinic Communication is poor. We wouldn't bring a sick frog there. Be well.

This place has gone down hill! Front desk is rude and definelty not compassionate! Wait times in rooms has increased. Takes 2 days for scripts to be filled. Dr visits are rushed now. Front desk states every time you call they say they are short staffed ! I never write bad reviews. But it really caught my attention the last month or two.

So happy we found this place! They were so nice and so compassionate. Explained things very carefully and thoughtfully. Took amazing care of my cat. Very responsible prices. Jill and Janeen were super sweet and helpful. Hailey was also super kind and helpful. Appreciate them so so much!

I just called to try to get my feral cat seen for an oral infection.The person I spoke with informed me that they are not seeing ferals because to many of their vets are getting hurt.I told her he was very friendly.She replied that they could not take him and were booked up till January. I didn't hear any compassion in her voice at all for cats situation. Maybe they should change the name of their facility.
