The staff is absolutely amazing. They take care of my fur baby Nugget as if he were theirs. They talk with you and give you all the information needed. They have always answered all my questions and in a manner that was understandable. Would recommend them to everyone I know. Absolutely the best

We’re very new to town and needed a new vet as well — I think we hit the jackpot with Cumberland Animal Hospital! Dr. Rochette is absolutely lovely. She listened to our concerns, provided solutions, and best of all spent so much time making our kitty feel comfortable. I’ve never seen him so relaxed during a vet visit — he literally fell asleep in her hands. Stephanie, the Hospital Manager, was also truly amazing with our guy today, giving him lots of rubs and attention through the visit so he didn’t feel a moment of unease. And she was really helpful leading up to our first visit, too. Finally, all staff who have answered calls and emails, and reached out leading up to (and during) our first visit were fantastic — kind, responsive, and helpful! I’m so glad we found them.

Our beloved Shih Tzu, Oliver has seen Dr Natalie Marques since we adopted him from RISPCA in 2015. She is absolutely amazing! Knowledgeable, professional, but most uniquely...kind and compassionate. She calls him "Her handsome man", and we know she means it. If you are needing a place to take a furbaby, you have found your place! The staff is courteous, responsive and willing to answer a question, or check with the Dr and get back to me. 5 stars was 5he maximum..I would've given more!
